JUDGMENT

For the reasons stated in the accompanying Opinion, it hereby is

ORDERED, that the Court dismisses Count III of the Second Amended Complaint. It hereby further is

ORDERED, that the Court grants defendant's motion for summary judgment on Counts I and II of the Second Amended Complaint. It hereby further is

ORDERED, that the Court denies plaintiff's motion to amend complaint to add all other claims of race, sex, and reprisal discrimination.

SO ORDERED.
