ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge.

This case was called for trial at the Cleveland, Ohio Trial Session of the Court which commenced on November 7, 2022. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard.

Prior to the case being called on November 7, 2022, petitioner (Ms. Hasson) spoke with respondent's counsel via telephone and indicated that she no longer had interest in pursuing her case. Petitioner contacted the Court and informally indicated the same. Ms. Hasson agreed to the settlement proposed by the IRS Office of Appeals. Respondent's counsel requested thirty (30) days to file decision documents with the Court.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERD that, on or before December 7, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents, or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
