On September 11, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision and a Settlement Stipulation. The Statement of Account attached to the Settlement Stipulation indicates that the Notice of Determination in this case was mailed on January 30, 2023; however, the Notice of Determination attached to the Petition in this case is dated October 31, 2022.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision and Settlement Stipulation are deemed stricken. The parties shall file revised versions by October 4, 2023.
