On September 3, 2021, respondent filed an Answer, where the certificate of service did not include petitioners' apartment number. On September 3, 2021, respondent filed a second Answer, where the certificate of service did not include petitioners' apartment number. On September 13, 2021, respondent filed a third Answer, that is in nature a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Answers, filed September 3, 2021, and Answer, filed September 13, 2021, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
