MARK HASSAN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber, Judge

This case was originally calendared for trial in June 2020. In the three years since this case has been pending with the Court, it has been continued twice and the parties have filed twelve status reports, the last of which shows very little progress towards resolution.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file, on or before October 10, 2022, a joint status report detailing the then-present status of the case. If the status report shows no meaningful progress in moving this case towards a resolution, the Court expects to set the case for trial.
