ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS


On October 7, 2010, Plaintiff filed a letter which the Court construes as a request for an extension of time to file his opposition to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff is GRANTED an extension of time in which to file his opposition to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff may file his opposition to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss up to thirty (30) days from the date of this Order.

If Defendants wish to file a reply brief, they shall do so no later than thirty (30) days after the date Plaintiff's opposition is filed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
