On August 30, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 10) and a Settlement Stipulation (Doc. 11).

On September 3, 2024, the parties filed a second Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 12). The second Proposed Stipulated Decision appears to be a duplicate of the first.

On September 9, 2024, the parties filed a second Settlement Stipulation (Doc. 13) to correct an error in the August 30, 2024, Settlement Stipulation.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 10) filed August 30, 2024, and the Settlement Stipulation (Doc. 11) filed August 30, 2024, are stricken from the Court's record in this case.
