OPINION AND ORDER

Adrienne Nelson, United States District Judge.

Based on the parties' agreement and stipulation, it is hereby ORDERED that, pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1447(b), this case is remanded to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS) for USCIS to issue a final decision on plaintiffs' applications for naturalization within thirty (30) days of this order. If USCIS approves plaintiffs' applications, USCIS is ordered to schedule naturalization oath ceremonies with fifteen (15) days from the date that plaintiffs' applications for naturalization are approved. This case is DISMISSED without prejudice, and each party shall bear its own costs and fees associated with this matter.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
