Due to an inadvertent clerical error, it appears that page 13 of the joint stipulation of facts, filed November 5, 2019, has not been scanned into the docket record. We will strike the joint first stipulation of facts currently on the record and refile the joint first stipulation of facts so that the record contains a complete document. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the joint first stipulation of facts filed November 5, 2019, is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further
