ORDER


This matter having been commenced by the filing of a complaint on April 3, 2001 and the defendant having failed to interpose a timely answer to the complaint or otherwise move in this proceeding, and the plaintiff having sought permission to move for a default judgment, and plaintiff having served and filed a motion for default judgment on or about February 15, 2002, and in consideration thereof, it is hereby

ORDERED, that the plaintiff shall file with the Court and serve upon defendant promptly (1) a memorandum of law in support of its motion and (2) an affidavit setting forth a description of the legal services for which compensation is sought, including hours and billing rates; and it is further

ORDERED, that the plaintiff shall provide the Court with a version of the proposed order for default judgment on CD-Rom or 3.5" diskette in WordPerfect version 6 or higher format; it is further

ORDERED, that plaintiff shall serve a copy of this Order on defendant and file proof of such service within ten (10) days from the date hereof.
