DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motions for protective orders to strike petitioner's requests for disclosure admissions.

Motion for assignment of counsel and to amend CPLR article78 petition.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions for protective orders are granted, without costs, and petitioner's requests for disclosure admissions are stricken, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for assignment of counsel and to amend the petition is denied, without costs.
