Appeal from the action of the defendant board in granting to the defendant The Graham Corporation a special exception to the zoning regulations, brought to the Court of Common Pleas in Fairfield County and tried to the court, Devlin, J.; judgment sustaining the appeal, from which the defendant The Graham Corporation appealed to this court. Appeal dismissed.

The parties agree that this appeal should be dismissed if no error is found in the preceding case, Graham Corporation v. Board of Zoning Appeals.
