Opinion

No. 99080.

November 24, 2004.

Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is directed to vacate its order in Harvel v. IDOC Administrators Prison Review Board, case No. 5-04-0061 (06/18/04), dismissing the appeal. The appellate court is directed to remand the cause to the circuit court for a determination of whether the five months good conduct credit has been restored. If the current sentence calculation does not properly reflect the five months credit, the circuit court is directed to calculate petitioner's release date with the restored five months credit.
