ORDERED that nonparties Stanley Crow and S. Crow Collateral Corp.'s Motion for Leave to File Reply to Response to Motion to Quash Third-Party Subpoena or in the Alternative, for a Protective Order, filed July 22, 2024, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall, in addition to regular service on the parties, shall serve a copy of this order on the nonparties at their counsel's address listed in the above-referenced motion.
