ORDER

This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's February 7, 2022, Tallahassee, Florida Remote Trial Session. On September 30, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision (Docket Record No. 14). By order served October 6, 2021 (Docket Record No. 15), the Court set respondent's motion for hearing. Thereafter, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause, served December 29, 2021 (Docket Record No. 18), requiring petitioner to show cause why the Court should not grant respondent's motion. Finally, on January 25, 2022, the parties submitted a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Docket Record No. 20) resolving all issues for taxable years 2013 and 2014. The Court will enter the Proposed Stipulated Decision into the record in due course.

Upon due consideration and for cause, ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed September 30, 2021, is stricken for hearing as previously scheduled and is hereby denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served December 29, 2021, is hereby discharged. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change petitioner's address of record to the address listed on the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed January 25, 2022.
