ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's motion for entry of decision, filed September 30, 2021, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 24, 2022, petitioner shall show cause in writing why respondent's motion for entry of decision should not be granted. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this order on petitioner at the Goodlettsville, Tennessee address listed on the certificate of service attached to respondent's motion for entry of decision, filed September 30, 2021.

The parties are reminded that respondent's motion is set for hearing when the case is called from the calendar on February 7, 2022, pursuant to the arrangements shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served September 23, 2021. Petitioner is also advised that the failure to respond to this order and to participate in the hearing could result in the entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion.
