SHANE ANTHONY HARTMAN, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 221st District Court Montgomery County, Texas Trial Cause Nos. 22-10-14743-CR and 22-10-14744-CR.

Before Golemon, C.J., Johnson and Wright, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On September 12, 2024, we abated Shane Anthony Hartman's appeals and remanded Trial Cause Numbers 22-10-14743-CR and 22-10-14744-CR to the trial court to determine why the brief of the appellant has not been filed. The District Clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record and the court reporter filed a supplemental reporter's record. According to the supplemental record, the trial court recommended that Hartman's retained counsel remain as appellate counsel.

It is, therefore, ORDERED that Appeal Number 09-24-00080-CR and Appeal Number 09-24-00081-CR are reinstated on the Court's docket. The brief of the Appellant is due December 16, 2024. Requests for additional time to prepare the brief will be disfavored.
