[¶ 1] Charles Hartleib, the initial personal representative of the estate of Lilly Hartleib, appealed from an order approving the final account, the final settlement of the estate, and the discharge of the personal representative. All of the heirs and creditors of the estate who objected to Hartleib's claimed compensation and expenses of administration had standing to do so. See N.D.C.C. § 30.1-01-06(25); Jordan v. Anderson, 421 N.W.2d 816, 818 (N.D. 1988). We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (4).
