ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge.

By Order served March 22, 2022, the Court directed petitioner Ursula M. Harthousen to file a Response advising the Court whether she or any person had been duly appointed the executor, personal representative, or fiduciary for the Estate of Gary A. Harthousen, Sr., by a court of competent jurisdiction, and attaching thereto the corresponding letters testamentary or letters of administration. On April 8, 2022, petitioner Ursula M. Harthousen filed a Motion for Extension of Time.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner Ursula M. Harthousen's above-referenced motion is granted in that the time within which petitioner Ursula M. Harthousen shall file a response to the Order served March 22, 2022, is extended to May 12, 2022.
