This cause is before the Court on appellant's motion for no further reporter's extensions and the reporter's fourth request for extension of time to file the reporter's record. The reporter's record was originally due on October 19, 2015. This Court has previously granted the reporter three extensions of time. The reporter has now filed a fourth request for additional time until February 15, 2016, to file the reporter's record.
Appellant requests that the Court entertain no further requests from the court reporter so that the appeal may proceed without delay. The court reporter assures the Court that she is working as fast and efficiently as possible to complete the record.
The Court, having fully examined and considered the motion for no further reporter's extensions, the reporter's fourth request for extension of time to file the reporter's record, and the extensions previously granted in this cause, is of the opinion that, in the interest of justice, appellant's motion for no further reporter's extensions should be DENIED, and the reporter's third request for extension of time to file the brief should be GRANTED.
The reporter's third request for extension of time to file the record is hereby GRANTED, and reporter, Kaye Rollins, is hereby ORDERED to file the reporter's record in this Court on or before February 16, 2016. No further requests for extension of time will be granted absent exigent circumstances.
