This case is calendared for trial at the June 3, 2024, Portland, Maine, Trial Session of the Court.

On May 13, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Motion for Continuance (motion for leave) and lodged a Motion for Continuance. Respondent indicated that petitioner has no objection to the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Motion for Continuance is granted, and the Clerk of the Court shall file respondent's Motion for Continuance, lodged May 13, 2024, as of the date of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued and restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's June 3, 2024, Portland, Maine, Trial Session.
