Motion to dismiss appeal granted to the extent that the appeal as against defendants Sullivan and Buker is dismissed, with costs and $20 costs of motion, upon the ground that the order of the Appellate Division insofar as it pertains to those defendants does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion otherwise denied.
