An appeal having been taken from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, both entered on or about August 22, 2017, And defendant-appellant having moved to stay any further proceedings, and to enjoin plaintiff from taking any action to enforce the aforesaid Supreme Court orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that defendant's motion is denied in its entirety.
