An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about July 08, 2020,

And respondent-appellant having moved for an order staying, pending the hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, (1) the aforesaid July 08, 2020 order to the extent it denied her objections to a final order of support and findings of fact entered on or about November 04, 2019, and (2) enforcement proceedings in the Family Court, Queens County (File No. 81697, Docket Nos. F-12457-21/21A and F-12458-21/21A), from the July 08, 2020 order (Motion No. 2023-00569), And petitioner-respondent having cross moved for an order (1) declaring respondent-appellant a vexatious litigant and barring her from filing any further proceedings anywhere in the State of New York involving petitioner-respondent without prior court permission and (2) directing respondent-appellant to pay the counsel fees associated with the instant motion and cross motion (Motion No. 2023-00856), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that respondent-appellant's motion is denied (Motion No. 2023-00569), and it is further ordered that petitioner-respondent's cross motion is granted to the extent of ordering respondent-appellant to pay counsel fees in the amount of $3,960.00 to petitioner-respondent, and otherwise, the cross motion is denied (Motion No. 2023-00856).
