Appellant Scott Harrison is representing himself in this appeal. On November 29, 2017, after Appellant failed to comply with our November 1, 2017 order, this court dismissed his appeal for want of prosecution.

On December 12, 2017, Appellant filed a document which we construe as a motion for rehearing. See TEX. R. APP. P. 49.1.

The panel has considered Appellant's motion for rehearing; the motion is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 49.3.
