On June 12, 2024, appellees filed a motion to supplement the record and stay the deadline for filing their brief. Appellees' motion requests the court reporter supplement the record with the transcript from an April 9, 2024 hearing. On June 14, 2024, the court reporter filed the transcript from the April 9, 2024 hearing. Accordingly, appellees' motion is DENIED as moot.
