ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on March 20, 2023, in Dallas, Texas. On February 24, 2023, pursuant to the Court's Standing Pretrial Order served on the parties on November 18, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. The parties report that they have reached a basis for settlement, fully resolving the issues in this case. The parties further report that respondent's counsel will provide petitioner's counsel a proposed stipulated decision reflecting the terms of the parties' settlement once final computations have been completed according to the terms of the settlement. According to the parties, respondent's counsel requests 90 days to file either a stipulated decision or status report. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the March 20, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before May 25, 2023, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
