On May 12, 2022, the Court filed its Summary Opinion (T.C. Summary Opinion 2022-6), which states at the end therein that a "Decision will be entered under Rule 155."

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before August 22, 2022, either file computations for entry of decision under Rule 155 and settlement documents or file status report(s) (joint or separate) advising the Court as to the reasons for the delay in submitting settlement documents in this matter.
