By Order served December 6, 2023, this case was calendared for trial on the Court's Los Angeles, California trial calendar which commenced on December 11, 2023.

When this case was called from the calendar on December 11, 2023, at the Trial Session of the Court in Los Angeles, California, both petitioner and respondent's counsel appeared and were heard. The matter was tried before the Court, petitioner presenting testimony on direct and cross examination. Upon the conclusion of the trial, at the suggestion of the Court the parties conferred to discuss possible settlement. At a later recall of this case, the parties announced that they had arrived at a basis of settlement. The details of the settlement were read into the record.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before January 10, 2024, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a report (joint or separate) regarding the then-present status of this case.
