ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge.

By Order dated December 29, 2020, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration) and to file an Amended Petition. On February 28, 2021, petitioner filed her amended petitioner, however, to date, petitioner has failed to pay the Court's filing fee.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or file an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee) is extended to January 26, 2022. If the filing fee is not received by January 26, 2022, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
