PER CURIAM.

The clerk's record in this case was filed May 3, 2005. No reporter's record has been requested nor has appellant paid or made arrangements to pay for the record. Appellant's brief was due June 2, 2005. In a letter dated June 20, 2005, we informed appellant his brief and a proper motion to extend time to file a brief were due no later than June 30, 2005. To date, appellant has not filed a brief or responded to the Court.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b).
