ORDER

Sundee Harris appeals the circuit court’s entry of summary judgment against her and in favor of The Victor L. Phillips Company ("VLP") on her sex and disability discrimination claims under the Missouri Human Rights Act ("MHRA"). She contends her claims were not barred by the statute of limitations or collateral estoppel. For reasons explained in a Memorandum provided to the parties, we find no error and affirm the judgment.
