Upon consideration, appellant's motion for rehearing is granted. This Court's order dated January 17, 2014 in case number 3D13–2530 is vacated and the appeal is reinstated.
The copy of the petition for writ of habeas corpus filed with the lower court is transferred to case number 3D13–2530. This Court's order dated January 31, 2014 in case number 3D14–15 is vacated.
