Tony Harris v. The State of Texas


ORDER Trial court case number: 1504582 Trial court: 232nd District Court of Harris County

A jury found appellant, Tony Harris, guilty of the felony offense of tampering with physical evidence. After finding true the allegations in two enhancement paragraphs, the jury assessed his punishment at confinement for fifty years. On October 10, 2017, we granted appellant's motion to dismiss his appeal and dismissed the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a). Appellant has filed an unopposed motion "to issue the mandate in this case immediately." The motion is granted. See id. 18.1(c).

The Clerk of this Court is directed to issue the mandate in this case within seven days of the date of this order.
