Anthony Newton HARRIS, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 227th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2013CR9455
Honorable Kevin M. O'Connell, Judge Presiding

ORDER

The remaining portion of the reporter's record was due March 14, 2017. However, reporter Lisa Ramos failed to file either the record or a notification of late record by the due date. Accordingly, on March 16, 2017, this court notified Ms. Ramos by letter that her portion of the reporter's record was past due. We advised Ms. Ramos to file a response to our letter on or before March 27, 2017, and that if she failed to respond to our letter, the record would be due April 17, 2017. Ms. Ramos did not timely file a response to our letter, but on March 31, 2017, she filed a notification of late record advising that she would be filing the record by April 15, 2017 - a Saturday. Pursuant to our prior March 16, 2017 letter and based on Ms. Ramos's notification of late record, we ORDER Ms. Ramos to file her portion of the reporter's record on or before April 17, 2017.
