The petition for writ of prohibition is hereby denied because petitioner has failed to demonstrate that a lower court is attempting to act in excess of its jurisdiction. See Mandico v. Taos Constr., Inc., 605 So. 2d 850 (Fla. 1992); English v. McCrary, 348 So. 2d 293 (Fla. 1977). Petitioner's " 'Emergency' Motion to Stay Circuit Court Proceeding Pending Decision in *Writ of Prohibition*," is denied. Any other motions or requests for relief are also denied. PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur. A True Copy
