MEMORANDUM OPINION


Chadalon Rovensky Harris was convicted of robbery. Punishment was assessed at ten years' imprisonment and a $2500 fine. Appellant who is not indigent and is represented by retained counsel did not file a brief. Accordingly, we submitted the appeal without briefs. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(b)(4). Absent briefs, no points of error are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
