578 So. 2d 873 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1991)

Opinion

No. 90-02288.

May 3, 1991.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Charlotte County; Elmer O. Friday, Jr., Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Andrea Norgard, Asst. Public Defender, Bartow, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Joseph R. Bryant, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

We remand this case for correction of the judgment and sentence in circuit court case number 88-73-CF to reflect credit for 853 days served prior to sentencing. The disposition in this case was the same as, and concurrent with, appellant's companion case 88-19-CF, in which the proper amount of credit was awarded. The judgments and sentences in both cases are in all other respects affirmed.

RYDER, A.C.J., and LEHAN and ALTENBERND, JJ., concur.
