ORDER RE DISPOSITIVE DOCUMENTS AFTER SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE


Pursuant to representations of counsel for the parties at a Settlement Conference held on JANUARY 30, 2006, the court has determined that the above-captioned case is SETTLED. In accordance with the provisions of Local Rule 16-160, the court now orders that a dispositive documents be submitted no later than 3/17/2006 (a request of 45 days, was made at Settlement Conference).

ALL COURT DATES HERETOFORE SET IN THIS MATTER ARE HEREBY VACATED.

Failure to comply with this order may be grounds for the imposition of sanctions on any and all counsel or parties who contributed to the violation of this order (see attached Notice of Local Rule 16-160 and Local Rule 16-272.)

IT IS SO ORDERED.
