ORDER


AND NOW, this 16th day of June, 2005, upon consideration of Lehigh County's Motion to Dismiss (Document #23), the Lutheran Home at Topton's Motion to Dismiss (Document #28), Jane Detra Davenport's Motion to Dismiss (Document #25), Peter Norton's Motion to Dismiss (Document #18), and Plaintiff's responses thereto, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motions to Dismiss are DENIED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Lehigh County Office of Children Youth Services is stricken as a separate Defendant. The Clerk of Court is directed to amend the caption of this civil action accordingly.
