WRIT GRANTED. According to the judge's minute clerk, relator's Motion to Stay, filed on December 26, 2013, was granted by the trial judge on January 9, 2014, but there is no ruling on relator's Petition for Appeal, also filed on December 26, 2013. Accordingly, the trial court is instructed to act on relator's Petition for Appeal, if it has not already done so.
