Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. Leonie M. Brinkema, District Judge. (1:20-cv-01509-LMB-MSN)

Mitchell Harris, Appellant Pro Se.

Before GREGORY, Chief Judge, AGEE, Circuit Judge, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

Mitchell L. Harris appeals the district court's order dismissing his complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Harris v. England, No. 1:20-cv-01509-LMB-MSN (E.D. Va. Jan. 26, 2021). We deny Harris' motion for default judgment. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED
