ORDER

Alina I. Marshall Judge

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 14, 2022, for cases in which Louisville, Kentucky, is the place of trial.

On March 11, 2022, the Court had a conference call with the parties. Shortly after that conference call, respondent filed a status report indicating therein that all issues in this case are resolved.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's March 14, 2022, Louisville, Kentucky, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 11, 2022, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
