ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On July 8, 2024, the Court received and filed a Letter by petitioner dated June 24, 2024. Therein petitioner provides his current mailing address, which will be updated accordingly in the Court's records. It further appears from the Letter that petitioner's name is incorrectly spelled in the caption of this case.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Letter is recharacterized as petitioner's Notice of Change of Address. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change petitioner's mailing address in the Court's records to match the address indicated by petitioner in the Notice of Change of Address. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Rayshoun Harris, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Commissioner". It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioner at his new address a copy of the Court's Order served June 12, 2024, in which the Court waived the filing fee in this case.
