ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE.

On April 11, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and to strike as to year 2017 on the ground that the petition was not timely filed as to the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner for tax year 2017. However, respondent failed to attach to his motion a copy of the notice of deficiency and a copy of the certified mail list.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 27, 2024, respondent shall file a supplement to his motion to dismiss and attach thereto a copy of the notice of deficiency and a copy of the certified mail list.
