ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

Pending in the above-docked matter is a Motion for Entry of Decision, filed March 27, 2024, by petitioner herein. Subsequently, on April 22, 2024, respondent filed a response advising that although the parties had been in communication regarding efforts aimed at potential resolution, no settlement had been reached at this juncture.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 29, 2024, either (1) respondent shall file with the Court a supplement to the just-referenced response to petitioner's motion, confirming therein respondent's position as to the amount(s) to be included in any decision to be entered in the case and whether petitioner is in agreement with such amount, or, alternatively (2) the parties shall submit a stipulated decision resolving this case and incorporating, if applicable, appropriate language establishing petitioner's entitlement to any overpayment.
