Patrick J. Urda Judge.

This case is currently calendared on the Court's Baltimore, Maryland trial session, scheduled to begin April 8, 2024.

On December 19, 2023, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction as to a notice of determination concerning request for relief from joint and several liability. We will direct Mr. Harris to file a response to the motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 5, 2024, Mr. Harris shall file a response to the Commissioner's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
