This case currently is set for trial at the Court's October 10, 2023, Trial Session in Birmingham, Alabama. On August 11, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment with accompanying Declaration of Zachary King in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment. On September 15, 2023, petitioner filed an Objection to Motion for Summary Judgment and requested additional time to properly respond. On October 4, 2023, we held a conference call with the parties. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 10, 2023, Birmingham, Alabama trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 15, 2023, petitioner shall file a supplement to her Objection to Motion for Summary Judgment, filed September 15, 2023.
