This case is currently set for trial at the Court's December 12, 2022, Denver, Colorado trial session. On November 18, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before the call of this case from the calendar, petitioner shall file an objection or other response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed November 18, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed November 18, 2022, is set for hearing at the Court's December 12, 2022, Denver Colorado trial session scheduled to commence at 10:00 am in Room C502, Byron G. This Order constitutes official notice of hearing to the parties.
