WARREN A. HARRIS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

Upon further review of the set of documents filed as the Petition to commence this case on December 13, 2021, the Court notes that the filing includes sensitive taxpayer information. Although the First Amendment to Petition is not a duplicate of the Petition, the contentions set forth therein are so substantively similar that the Court has concluded it is appropriate under the circumstances to seal the Petition.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Petition, filed December 13, 2021, is sealed and shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court.
